For 2026 Media registration use the CARS links below.

• Photographers and videographers: by filling out the CARS media form you agree to share a minimum of 3 high resolution photos with CARS per event during the event or 30 seconds of video footage per event during the event. These will be used on the CRC and/or Tall Pines social media channels with full photo or video credit.
• The deadline for media credential applications are November 13th 2026 at 11:59pm. No applications will be accepted beyond that date/time
• Credentials are limited and will be assigned based on rally experience
• Conditional acceptance will be granted to those who get accepted by November 14th 2026 at 11:59pm
• Receiving a media vest and credential on-site will hinge on attendance to a MANDATORY pre-event media safety meeting held on Microsoft Teams on Tuesday November 17th at 8pm Eastern Time. If you cannot make this meeting, you must notify us beforehand (contact information will be included in your media email). If you do not attend this meeting, you do not receive a vest. No exceptions.
